Step 1: Log In
Open the app and sign in to your account using your current username and password.
Step 2: Go to Account Settings
Tap “More” on the bottom menu bar.
Select “Account” from the list.
Step 3: Edit Your Information
You’ll see three sections:
About – Birthdate, Gender, Zip Code
Account – Username, Email, Password, and SkinSAFE options
Notifications – App notification settings
Tap the “Edit” button in the top right corner.
Step 4: Make Your Changes
To update your email, enter the new address in the Account section.
To reset your password, type your new password in the same section.
You can also update your birthdate, gender, or zip code under About, and manage alert preferences under Notifications.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
When you're done, tap “Save” in the top left corner to apply all changes.
That’s it! Your updates will take effect immediately.
