Updating Your Account Information, Email, and Password

Step 1: Log In

Open the app and sign in to your account using your current username and password.

Step 2: Go to Account Settings

1. Tap “More” on the bottom menu bar.

2. Select “Account” from the list.

Step 3: Edit Your Information

You’ll see three sections:

• About – Birthdate, Gender, Zip Code

• Account – Username, Email, Password, and SkinSAFE options

• Notifications – App notification settings

Tap the “Edit” button in the top right corner.

Step 4: Make Your Changes

• To update your email, enter the new address in the Account section.

• To reset your password, type your new password in the same section.

• You can also update your birthdate, gender, or zip code under About, and manage alert preferences under Notifications.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

When you're done, tap “Save” in the top left corner to apply all changes.

That’s it! Your updates will take effect immediately.
